Direct Mail in Support of Annual Marketing Campaigns
Developed direct mail campaigns designed to increase traffic and give center stores the opportunity to increase sales during promotional seasons. Offers ranged from specific store coupon offers to universal 20% coupons good at participating stores. Created POP materials for in-store displays as well as in-store promotions to build customer database. Direct mail response rates ranged from 2.7% to 4.1%; participating stores posted sales increases ranging from 7% to 35% for comparable periods.
